Arriving Early for the First Group?
You must be at your first group 30 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes before the beginning of group, we will allow you to complete paperwork but you will not be able to attend the session that day. We’ll schedule an alternative date for you to begin attending.
Being on Time?
At The Family Center, we understand life has its challenges. We keep the door open until 10 minutes after group starts. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after group, you will not be able to attend that session. This helps our group coaches stay on target with group time and respects the other student's group time. If you arrive over 10 minutes late for group and find the door locked, please call our office the next day to explore your options for making up the session.
Will I Receive a Certificate?
All Positive Parenting and Nurturing Family group sessions must be attended within 16 weeks to obtain a certificate.
